		<description>I think you are dead on correct with this strategy.  I would suggest that of that 5% online, you also read newspaper articles about where the growth is and network within and around those companies/orgs during that 80% time.  
For example, if you read that healthcare is growing, talk to your health practitioner about where they go to network professionally.  Find out when the next event is, maybe even ask if you can tag along . .. to learn more about the field.</description>
