		<description>Great suggestion and information.  I have taken multiple personality tests based in 3 different methods.  DISC, Meyers-Briggs, and Insights.  All 3 have produced very different results.    There was some commonality between them. Should I look mainly at the commonalities?  Thanks!!!</description>
